Magnetic Lifters handle both thick and thin metal sheets.
Able to lift thin gauge metals down to minimum of .310 in., STRONG-MAG DLS Series Lifter Model DLS 330 has lifting capacity of 331 lb while DLS 660 lifts up to 661 lb. Multiple magnets can used to safely lift up to 1,322 lb with spreader beam. Requiring no energy source, lifters attach to crane hook, which is then lowered onto sheets to be moved. With 3:1 safety ratio, DLS Series complies with NASI/ASME B30.20-1985 regulations for below the hook lifting devices.

Digital Laser Line Sensor utilizes triangulation principle.
Class II EyeCON(TM) provides 3D cross sectional profile scanning of up to 150 points across horizontal measuring line. Eye-safe visible laser generates profiles instantaneously at frame rates up to 200 Hz. Standard frame rate is 30 fps at camera exposure time of 15 ms. With DOV of 11.3 in., Ethernet-ready, UDP protocol sensor provides FOV measurement of 4.09 in. at close end to 7.04 in. at far end. Accuracy is ± 0.1% of measuring distance and resolution is 0.0004 in.

Software addresses motor testing needs.
Used in conjunction with Magtrol's motor testing dynamometers and controllers, M-TEST v5.0 tests and calculates up to 22 different parameters to determine performance characteristics of motor. In addition to ramp, curve, and manual testing, program also provides pass/fail testing for production line and inspection applications. Test data can be output graphically, displayed in tabular format, saved as data file, or imported into spreadsheet.

Coolant is formulated for general purpose machining.
ValCOOL® VNT-755 consists of natural and synthetic emulsifiers plus chlorinated extreme pressure lubricant that promotes cooling properties while resisting chip weldment to cutting edge. Coolant also contains biostable microbial package that controls rancidity and protects against bacteria and mold. Rated for moderate to heavy-duty operations, VNT-755 is suited for cutting operations such as turning, milling, reaming, drilling, and tapping of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

Pulsed Nd:YAG Lasers utilize twin-rod oscillator design.
Models JK450HP and JK600HP offer rep rates to 1,000 Hz and minimum pulse lengths of 0.2 ms for precise cutting, welding, and drilling applications. LaserView(TM) control technology enables cycle programming triggered by single command, as well as in-process viewing, video capture, and real-time graphical displays of key parameters. Luminator(TM) plug-and-play fiber optic beam features built-in back reflection protection, and pulse shape can be tailored to optimize requirements.

Automatic Control Valve provides temperature control.
Suited for steam or hot water heater temperature control, self-contained Model UHC-TL requires no external power or operating signal. Steam or hot water heater supply is automatically shut off at desired ambient room temperature, eliminating wasted energy and unnecessary over-temperature. Valve is available in bronze or 304 stainless steel in sizes from ½-2 in. NPT.

Monitoring System detects low level benzene leaks.
Combining renewable electrochemical sensor with pyrolyzer, Air Check EX detects parts-per-million concentrations of benzene, responding to low level leaks and releases in less than 30 sec. Suited for Class I, Division 1, Group B, C, and D hazardous areas, unit measures 0-300 ppm and is unaffected by humidity and other environmental conditions. It includes LCD readout, 4-20 mA output, user-adjustable dual-level concentration alarms, and system fault relay.

Air Control Damper uses Lon-based programmable controller.
Aluminum airfoil blade damper, Model IAQ-42 utilizes Speciflow(TM) technology with integrated airflow monitoring and control. It features rated accuracy of 5% of reading for face velocities of 300-2,000 fpm. Damper helps buildings meet minimum outdoor air requirements for ASHRAE Standard 62 and California Title 24. Unit is IECC compliant with leakage rating of 3 cfm/ft² at 1 in. wg or less.

Pneumatic Actuators provide automatic valve control.
Featuring 4-piston rack and pinion design, Series PCD and PCS work with range of all-plastic, corrosion-resistant ball and butterfly valves, from ¼ in. ball valves up to 24 in. butterfly valves. Torque outputs range from 60-15,800 lb-in. with minimum inlet air pressure of 80 psi. Double-acting Series PCD requires air pressure for both open and close cycles, while Series PCS utilizes mechanical spring to operate one cycle and air pressure to operate other.

Model ARP-2020, with 3.75 in. depth, simultaneously supports two 20.1 in. LCD displays with independent display content. Powered by Intel P4 or Pentium-M CPU, it supports up to 1 GB SDRAM and PCI expansion slot. Features include Intel Extreme Graphics controller with up to 64 MB of shared memory; 2.5 in. WalkAbout II(TM) is available with display detached from control box, with both affixed to shoulder sling. Bandolier style sling can be slipped over existing rescue wear and removed via quick-release latch. Detached monitor folds closely to chest for low profile when entering and moving in confined spaces, yet unfolds for optimal viewing angle when searching for trapped victims.

Planner v3.44 provides visual and text approaches to complex task of producing working schedules in planning and resource environments where many orders are processed at once. It can run stand-alone or in network environment with primary scheduler and multiple viewers. With full support for MS Windows XP, software highlights linked Work Orders to facilitate identification. Right hand click enables users to display and edit orders.

Inkjet Printing System prints marks on non-porous products.
Using shared-wall piezo technology, PZ Pilot enables users to print up to 4 lines of text on all types of PVC. With 128 addressable jets per printhead and 180 dpi print resolution, unit produces sharp text, scannable bar codes, and clean logos and graphics. Input device with resident software provides message programming and retrieval for up to 128 different messages and saves each message for printing on demand. PZ PILOT is splash-proof and resistant to dust.

Penetrating Oil helps free corroded fasteners.
Free All® Deep Penetrating Oil features silicone-free formula that quickly dissolves rust and corrosion, eliminating need for torching, drilling, hammering, and chiseling to free virtually any frozen fastener or part. Suitable for auto, home, and marine uses, Free All will not damage painted surfaces, and is available in 12-, 6-, and 2-ounce spray cans and ½ oz single-use bottles.

Acrylic Coating targets picture and poster framers.
Water-based Craquelure/Texture Coating adds dimension when applied on top of poster or 4-color lithographed print. Applied using brush or paintbrush roller, texture is added to make print look hand-painted. When using different applicator, print looks like it was painted on canvas. Available in matte, semi-gloss, and glossy finishes, coating comes in quarts, gallons, 5-gal pails, and 55-gal drums.

Fuses are offered in lead-free versions.
Designed to withstand high temperatures associated with lead-free wave soldering, lead-free fuses are available in 2AG, SAG, 3AB, and 5 x 20 mm form factors. Fuses comply with electronic industry manufacturing standards for lead-free circuit board content including IEC 60068-2-20, EIA-IS-722 (Low Voltage Supplemental Fuse Qualification Specification), and RoHS. All have CSA and UL approvals.

Portable Indirect Fired Heaters provide safe, dry heat.
Offered in 3 models that operate on 120 V and range in capacity from 320,000-505,000 BTU, oil fired heaters are powered by ¼ hp motor and deliver 2,500-3,100 cfm with 200°/220°F discharge temp at 50°F ambient. Heavy-duty heat exchanger acts as barrier to flame while allowing fumes and combustion products to be vented through flue stack and away from heated area. Heaters are suited for variety of construction, mining, aviation, and agricultural applications.

Drive Package integrates speed reducer, motor, and inverter.
Modular NORDAC® Trio SK 300E incorporates UNICASE(TM) speed reducer, motor, software, and SK 300E frequency inverter with flexible programming, built-in motor brake rectifier, and inverter braking chopper. UNICASE(TM) speed reducers are available in helical in-line, NORDBLOC® in-line, shaft-mount parallel, bevel right angle, helical-worm right angle, and worm right angle configurations. Integral motors are 380-460 V; 50/60 Hz; 0.16-5 HP; 0.12-4 kW; 2, 4, or 6 pole.

Temperature Switch provides dual-stage control.
Microprocessor-based Series TSS accepts up to 2 inputs and offers independent 8 A relay output and 30 mA alarm output for external buzzer activation. Temperature range is -58 to +302°F with accuracy of ±0.5% or better. Switch features 34 programmable parameters to customize control functions, 3-digit red display, error and alarm messaging, and password protection. Applications include wine cellars, ovens, refrigeration cases, coolers, chillers, and meat product dryers.

Framing Hammer features curved handle.
Blue Max(TM) California Framers® Series includes 21 oz curved fiberglass model, with shock-absorbing, hollow-core handle that allows natural alignment of wrist and forearm minimizing fatigue and long term risk of arm injury. Head-Start(TM) magnetic nail-holding notch increases reach and allows one-handed nail starting. Large, milled striking face provides greater accuracy, and high-impact overstrike guard protects handle.
