PEEK Polymers withstand lead-free soldering processes.
VICTREX® 90 PEEK products are designed for injection molding thin-walled, intricate components and highly filled compounds. They can replace thermosets, ceramics, and metals in electronic, surface-mount technology and fluid handling applications. Available unfilled or reinforced with glass or carbon fibers, VICTREX 90-based products enable molding of sections thinner than .008 in. Fiber loadings up to 60 wt% are possible without sacrificing surface finish or cycle time.

Spectrodensitometer measures density/colorimetry functions.
X-Rite 528 combines capabilities of densitometer and colorimeter into single unit. On 4-color jobs, it provides density, dot gain, trap, print contrast, gray balance, and hue error functions. Users can switch on-the-fly to colorimetry functions when quality control for pastels, Hi-Fi, and PANTONE® is needed. Users can measure up to 24 references and select type of comparison for each. Instrument automatically compares sample reading to closest reference and displays results.

Scanner and Software can scan and index monochrome images.
ScanOS allows users to write and read PDF file formats, create automatic searchable database for scanned images, and simultaneously scan-to-file and scan-to-print. It includes print tracking database for accounting purposes. Hawk-Eye Mx 36 in. monochrome scanner scans images at 10.0 ips in 400 dpi turbo mode. It supports 16-bit greytone scanning and handles media up to .47 in. thick. Accuracy Lens Enhancement electronically maintains 0.1% ±1 pixel precision across any 2 points of scan line.

Power Shelf offers power cassettes up to 1,200 W.
Strongbox® front-end power shelf is available with 1,200, 600, and 800 W power cassettes, allowing single 1U, 19 in. rack shelf to provide 1,800, 2,400, or 3,600 W of power. StrongBox® systems may be connected in parallel to provide higher power systems and communicate via I²C active data bus. Power cassettes are available with active PFC universal ac or 12, 24, or 48 Vdc input and are self cooling front-to-back. Operating temperature range is 0-50°C with no de-rating.

Line Matrix Printer offers remote management capabilities.
Capable of printing up to 2,000 lines/min, Model 6400 helps users keep up with demands of back office and/or data processing applications. It provides proactive, real-time messaging to help ensure operators are immediately aware of printer status. Pedestal design maximizes forms access and minimizes required floor space, while enclosed cabinet design minimizes noise.

In-Tank Mixer minimizes air entrainment.
Y Jet Mixer utilizes rotor/stator tooling that creates pure axial flow discharge jet to provide instant in-tank mixing and blending. Axial flow pattern produces uniform velocity profile throughout vessel with no stratification or dead areas. Using negative pressures at rotor, by-pass tube draws powders and liquids directly into rotor/stator head for immediate sub-surface dispersion into liquid phase. Five sanitary models are available from 1/3-75 hp.

Impulse Generator combines high voltage and high rep rates.
With FWHM impulse rate of 70 ps and repetition rate of 20 MHz to 2.5 GHz, Model 3600 is suited for simulating UWB signals or high-speed digital signals. It features 5 V amplitude and jitter less than 1 ps RMS. Applications include laser diode drivers, UWB research, and impulse response testing.

Accelerometers measure small electronic components.
Miniature, Single-Axis, Ceramic Shear ICP® Accelerometers include Model 352A71 with sensitivity of 10 mV/g and measurement range of ±500 g peak, and Model 352A73 with 5 mV/g sensitivity and measurement range of ±1,000 g peak. Sensors are hermetically sealed in titanium housings and adhesive-mounted. They feature integral light-gauge and twisted pair cable extending 1 ft, allowing sensor to be mounted in tight areas. Operating temperature is -65 to +250°F.

Preamplifier features built-in, 20 Hz high-pass filter.
Featuring pre-polarized design, Model 426A10 is a ½ in. preamplifier that operates from ICP® sensor power. Built-in filter minimizes unwanted low frequency sounds that may saturate analyzer. Unit terminates in BNC connector and uses standard coaxial cable. Operating temperature is -40 to +80°C.

Connectors can be customized to fit application.
Suited for computer, telecom, and digital image industries, lead-free connectors are RoHS-compliant. They can be used for connecting computer boards and peripheral devices, as well as inner and outer connections for cell phones. Units are available with various pin counts and pitch sizes for board-to-board, board-to-wire, FPC, I/O, SIM card, battery, and USB connections.

Accelerometers provide modal analysis of large rigid bodies.
Miniature Models 356A30, A31, A34, and A35 are 0.45 in. cube-shaped accelerometers that simultaneously measure vibration in 3 orthogonal directions. They cover range of 5-100 mV/g with corresponding measurement range of 1,000-50 g peak. Models 356A30 and A31 use 8-32 4-pin mini electrical connector, while Models 356A34 and A35 use 1/4-28 4-pin connector with positive keyway. Adhesive-mounted, triaxial accelerometers are TEDS-compatible and operate from -65 to +250°F.

ATCA Chassis is suited for ETSI applications.
Meeting requirements for European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) applications, 13U AdvancedTCA chassis is offered in 23 in. size and features 16-slot, full mesh backplane and front-to-rear cooling. Dual redundant shelf managers can be plugged in card cage without sacrificing any of 16 slots. Along with fan trays above and below card cage, chassis features cable management bracket, 2 RJ-45 jacks, and honeycomb air filter.

Hard Metric Connector enables system speeds of 2.5 Gbps.
Featuring crosstalk-reducing design, 7200 Series is available in all connector styles and features modular shielding and plate placed between each contact module and connected to row C. This 2 mm hard metric connector, when used in differential pair application, reduces propagation delay and minimizes impedance peaks. Suited for telecom and mobile phone applications, connector also enables 4:1 signal ground ratio when used with top and bottom shielding.

Foam Seal Vacuum Cups handle treadplate and rough surfaces.
Molded from black Delrin®, Small Foam Seal Vacuum Pads feature interchangeable foam inserts that are offered in various softness grades to conform to rough plastic, fiberglass, or wood surfaces. Vacuum lifting suction pad assembly is designed for lifting steel and aluminum treadplate. Available in 3.78 in. dia. size with 35 lb load capacity at 22 in. Hg vacuum, pads come with double female NPT 1/8 in. or G 1/8 in. coupling.

Connectors enable port selection in hard drive carriers.
Suited for use in enterprise servers and storage systems, 22-position SATA receptacle connectors and 29-position SAS plug and receptacle connectors provide options for vertical or right-angle connector termination. Two options are provided for HDD interface within drive carrier: use of SAS receptacle provides 2 ports and capability to accept SAS or SATA drives, while SATA receptacle supplies single port and accepts only SATA drive.

Constructed from ceramic-based Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) thermistors molded in epoxy, assembly is suitable for OEM applications requiring self-regulated heating from 30 to 120°C. Variety of PTC thermistors are available to meet system's heating requirements, and various wiring and cable configurations are also offered. Products are suited for OEM applications in commercial and industrial instruments, medical systems, electronic equipment, and aerospace industry.

Adhesive Film suits harsh automotive applications.
Formulated for wear- and abrasion-resistance in high-friction automotive applications, Scapa P989BK consists of 3 mil black polyethylene film, single-coated with acrylic adhesive. Pressure-sensitive, adhesive film is inert to chemicals and solvents and supplied on 64 lb lay-flat kraft release liner. Applications include pipe and harness protection, separation of dissimilar metals, anti-squeak and rattle protection, and sound damping.
