Multi-Material Peripheral(TM) VersaLaser(TM) is available with High Power Density Focusing Optics(TM) (HPDFO). For use in compact systems, HPDFO produces increased concentration of power without requiring larger beam path. Product can be used to create high-resolution marks, engrave text, produce graphics and photographs, and vector mark and cut thin lines. It can also scribe and/or etch directly on uncoated metals without use of marking compounds.

Pushbutton Switches feature double break contacts.
With butt action contacts, 1200 Series momentary pushbutton switches operate from -20 to +55°C and handle resistive loads for 10,000 cycles. NO and NC models handle 8 A at 125 Vac and 4 A at 250 Vac or 24 Vdc, and have total travel of .177 and .137 in., respectively. Bushing mounted in .480 in. hole, switches feature .315 in. dia black, white, green or red dome-topped actuator and are suited for industrial, transportation, agriculture, and security applications.

Measuring 2.1 x 0.7 x 1.2 in., oil-less Model 4002 is rated for maximum flow of 0.07 cfm and maximum vacuum of 17.8 in. Hg. Unit is powered by 7 Vdc motor and incorporates EPDM diaphragm and valves. Applications include gas detectors, air sampling, particle counters, and eye-surgery equipment.

Aquamaster CD Rotary Drum Systems combine gentle tumbling with high-volume spray to remove coolant, chips, oil, manufacturing soils, and other unwanted contaminants. Standard designs are equipped with heated wash and ambient air blowoff. Auger style rotary drum includes variable speed drive for controlling product throughput. Drum perforations are sized based on part type and configuration, and allow cleaning solution to flush contamination from parts.

Housed in NEMA 1 enclosure, StacoVAR® Motor Load Fixed Capacitor Assemblies are 3-phase metallized polypropylene with self-healing properties to prevent permanent dielectric breakdown. Impregnation of dielectric fluid provides insulation, corona protection, and moisture barrier, while pressure sensitive circuit interruption allows safe removal of units under heavy fault conditions. External discharge resistors allow voltage to be reduced to 50 V or less in 1 min.

It minimizes contaminants by oxidation-reduction process, during which free electrons are transferred between molecules, making harmful substances benign. Medium is 100% recyclable, has no chemical additives, and can remove up to 98% of water-soluble lead, mercury, nickel, and chromium.

Power Supply features 24-port PoE injection.
Suited for switch and PBX applications, 275 W Model PSM275-909 provides 12 Vdc output for switch, 50 Vdc per port in PoE, and can implement 8-24 ports in PoE system, making it suited for 10/100 BaseT Ethernet switches, security systems, VoIP systems, and blade servers. Pyro-Putty® 1000 sealant and metal repair compound is 2-part, powder and liquid system that operates to 1,400°F. Dispensed into place in cross-sections up to ½ in. thick, water-based, ceramic- and aluminum-filled paste sets at room temperature in 16-24 hr. It can be cured in-situ or by heating for 1-2 hr @ 160°F. Containing no asbestos or VOCs, environmentally compliant compound is resistant to thermal shock, corrosive chemicals, and solvents.

Impact Wrench delivers up to 1,300 blows per minute.
Snap-on® XT7100, ½ in. Magnesium Impact Wrench combines one-piece magnesium housing, continuous internal oil bath, and cushioned, non-slip trigger and grip. Biased tip valve design promotes air flow to dual chamber motor for immediate start-ups upon trigger activation, while Anvil Stop Lock on impact immediately halts anvil when trigger is released. Motor and twin hammer impact mechanism power through rusted and seized applications with 700 lb-ft torque.
