BaseTrak® 2-and 3-channel non-metallic raceway systems feature data- or power-only accessibility and T-568 compliant bend radius. For application specific flexibility, offerings include 2-channel BaseTrak and snap-on 2-gang flush box, 3-channel BaseTrak full capacity 1-, 2-, and 3-gang boxes, and 3-channel BaseTrak 1- and 2-gang flush boxes. Impact-resistant, non-conducive design eliminates raceway cutting, and split-cover option is also available.

With immunity to vibrations and electrical disturbances, DIN Rail Mount Series TSP complies with EMC standards. Models are available with 12 or 24 Vdc outputs and 70-600 W output power with Power Good and Remote On/Off control functions. Splicing Tapes enable one-step splicing.
Constructed with blue silicone adhesive on polyester film backing, NT-9511-2SW and NT-9512-2SW tapes provide splices that do not need to be removed from web, eliminating label loss. Backing has specialized release coating to allow adhesive to release at splice area maintaining registration through splice and providing for removal of matrix.

Synthetic Grease provides protection up to 750°F.
Suited for industrial bearings, Grade GR-650 features ashless synthetic base stock that provides thin film lubrication and maintains grease structure at temperatures of 650-700°F. Barrier film strength fights excessive friction and wear at high speed, heavy load, and in high-temperature service. Added chemistry built into GR-650 provides protection that is needed if grease cycle is missed. Grease comes in tubes, 5 gal pails, 120 lb kegs, and 400 lb drums.

Point Source Emitter produces collimated radiation.
Featuring beam angle of less than ±1° at half power points, 850 nm Model CLE333 has typical rise and fall time of 4.0 ns. Lens provides sharply focused beam pattern capable of projecting 3 in. diameter spot on surface 10 ft away. Typical irradiance is 0.45 mW/cm² at I_F=50 mA and typical V_F is 1.6 V at I_F=50 mA. Emitter chip is mounted in TO-46 hermetic package with cathode common to case.

Software provides scalable access control solution.
Based on Microsoft .NET framework, 6E System provides architecture that facilitates entry of user information and system operating parameters. It features GUI, XP style desktop, and report generator based on Crystal Reports. Using SQL Server or MSDE databases, software aids with management of data and ability to handle large transaction loads. It also includes photo ID badging module, database partitioning, DVR integration, and LAN/WAN compatibility.

Gas Ignition Controls run on 24 or 120 Vac.
Intermittent Pilot models 35-73 and 36-63 are microprocessor-based and polarity insensitive. With repeatable timing sequences, they provide TFI times up to 120 sec, local and remote flame sense options, as well as thermostat/power off and automatic reset options. Fenwal 35-73, available in PCB only, case and cover, and potted configurations, is suited for controlling pilot and main gas valves, monitoring flame, and igniting LP and natural gas burners.

Layer 2 Ethernet Switch offers fullwire speed performance.
Along with auto-crossover, auto-polarity, auto-negotiation, and automatic MAC address management authentication capabilities, plug-and-play ComEth4100 provides 8-10 Ethernet ports compliant with 10/100/1000BT. Product, offered in 3U/6U form factor, provides 802.1 Q support for 4K VLANs or port based VLAN, 4K MAC addresses, and port mirroring. For flow control, non-blocking switch features backpressure on half-duplex port and pause-frame on full duplex port.

Lubricating Grease is suited for production processes.
Supplied in 40 g, 1 kg tin, and 10 kg bucket, A 7002/... provides conservative lubrication to help extend service life of Z 412 plasmanitrided ejector pins as well as all moving parts. Drip point is over 175°C, and mold temperature processing is 1,400°C. Grease should be applied thinly to moving surface.

Custom Hot Runner Systems come fully mounted and wired.
Featuring leak-proof connections between nozzles and manifold, H4015/... hot runner systems are available up to max 8 drops. Connecting cables of individual nozzles and hot runner are routed to terminal box via individually fabricated cable ducts, and fixed interlocking connection between nozzles and hot-runner manifold facilitates system assembly/disassembly. All nozzle lengths are exactly matched and mounted floating on hot runner to avoid deformation.

Software Suite helps manage/optimise fleet resources.
Comprised of GateHouse and GateTrak software modules, GateSuite(TM) features YardTrak(TM) transport management system, which uses passive RFID tags to track trailers, tractor units, and drivers within distribution center. Yardtrak facilitates equipment deployment, optimizes use of driver working hours, and manages maintenance schedules for units. Via manual or automatic process, software can show location of each tag so trailers can be allocated to appropriate bays.

Pressure-Insensitive MFC uses NeuralStep control technology.
Featuring multi-gas, multi-range functionality, Aera® PI-980(TM) series helps improve processes for etch, CVD, PVD, and diffusion in semiconductor applications. Mass flow controller (MFC) promotes gas-flow stability and provides real-time process control. Combining NeuralStep(TM) control technology with integrated pressure transducer, series increases speed of MFC response, eliminating effects of upstream and downstream pressure disturbances.

Polycarbonate Sheet blocks heat from IR/NIR radiation.
While promoting transmission of visible light, Lexan Solar Control IR sheet helps avoid heat build-up by absorbing IR and NIR radiation from sun. Impact- and fire-resistant product, available in all standard gauges and dimensions, is also resistant to yellowing and breakage due to hail impact. Glazing offers design flexibility due to its ability to be cold formed and/or thermoformed without losing impact or weathering properties.

Stretch Wrapper has forklift-portable design.
Semi-automatic Spectra II incorporates Allen Bradley Micrologix 1000 PLC and AC motors controlled by VFDs. Manufactured with ergonomic, side-facing carriage design, unit features variable turntable rotation up to 14 rpm, which lets unit wrap up to 45 loads/hr. It is capable of wrapping up to 5,000 lb pallet loads with max dimensions of 55 x 55 x 90 in. and utilizes Insta-Thread(TM) Powered Prestretch carriage with standard prestretch rate of 260%.

Solid Gold Electroforms are custom-made to requirements.
Servometer® electroforms are structurally rigid, hollow shells that can be manufactured to any shape or formed to fit specific applications. Made in sizes as small as 0.020 in., with walls as thin as 0.0005 in., products can also be made hermetically leak-tight. Able to be soldered or welded to custom end-pieces, products are suited for implantable medical use as well as industrial, defense, and aerospace applications.

Rotary Shelf Storage Systems use lazy-Susan design.
Offered in 3 models, Rotabin® systems consist of circular revolving steel shelves, dividable into triangular bins, mounted in stacks on vertical stem or axle. Space-saving solutions facilitate viewing and picking of parts from one spot. Series 1300, 1200, and 1110 offer up to eight 34 in. dia shelves, ten 28 in. dia shelves, and ten 17 in. dia shelves, respectively. Series 1300 has 5 permanent compartments per shelf, and each shelf will hold up to 500 lb.

Brushless DC Motor Controller provides 1,000 W of power.
Featuring 3.00 x 4.65 x 1.75 in. footprint, Model 371-0028 is suitable for closed or open loop velocity and torque control of BLDC motors producing greater than 160 oz-in. at 7,000 rpm. Input voltage varies from 10-50 V with rating of 20 A continuous and 40 A peak for rapid acceleration applications. Unit includes quick disconnect, LED status indication, FWD/REV, and tachometer output. It is protected from over-current, short circuit, over-temperature, and over-voltage.

I/O Modules feature reconfigurable FPGA.
Series PMC-AX performs A/D and D/A functions under control of user-programmable FPGA. Application-specific logic routines and algorithms can be downloaded into on-board Xilinx® Virtex-II® FPGA with up to 32,000 logic cells for control operation of I/O channels. Inputs are sampled at up to 65 MSps and processed by FPGA without CPU intervention. Models are available with 1 M, 2 M, or 3 M-gate FPGA featuring 11.5, 24 or 32 K logic cells respectively.

Able to store up to 600,000 level, temperature, and time stamp measurements, waterMONITOR Submersible Datalogging Level Transducer has full scale level ranges from 0-10 ft to 0-692 ft of water with accuracy of +0.05% FS TEB. Open face nose cap allows maximum contact with liquid media, making unit suited for wastewater and greasy applications where sensors may become clogged. Rugged ¾ in. dia unit comes in welded 316 SS or titanium.
