Featuring IP64-rated case, CK60 is constructed with magnesium top cover and rubber bumpers on each corner. QVGA touch screen display enables unit to run text-based applications and graphical interfaces. Windows CE 5.0-based computer is also equipped with keypad; onboard, non-volatile memory; and SDIO card slot. Connectivity includes Ethernet, USB, and RS232 serial connections as well as Bluetooth wireless personal area communications.

Designed as point-and-shoot analyzer, handheld Inspector Series analyzes lead paint and other heavy metal contaminants on surfaces and wipes as well as in air, liquids, and soil. Unit, weighing less than 3.5 lb, uses X-ray tube in ergonomic handheld unit with pocket PC. It retrieves readings within 2-3 sec, and supplemental rear-facing display allows viewing from any angle. Using with PDA facilitates data entry and on-the-spot report generation.

Ethernet Server measures half the size of a credit card.
Model FMod-TCP DB allows operator or control station to communicate with various sensors or devices, located 1 meter away, or at great distances with web navigator. Unit offers various protocols, including 19 input/output, 5 A/D converter, one I2C bus, and one UART bus. Server uses only standard DIL 2.54 mm connectors to facilitate integration into existing systems.

DURALAN II(TM) anti-reflective display filters are suited for flat panel displays that are used in high ambient light environments. Helping to prevent meltdown, PRV (pressure reaction vessel) High Temperature Kits meet requirements for observing reactions in gases and liquids under pressure at operating temperatures above 175°C. All coupling materials are selected for high-temperature environments. Features include PTFE insert, PTFE O-ring, and chemically inert, borosilicate glass vessels. Applications include observation of solubility, chemical behavior, and purity of propellant batches.

Maxi-Aeration DO System optimizes aeration process by maintaining set-point dissolved oxygen rate in aeration basins. VFD continuously monitors DO levels to provide optimum oxygen level for bacterial growth. Unit is rated for applications up to 1,450 scfm, 11.5 psi, and 150 hp.

Vision 7.1 Development Module provides vision tools for engineers and scientists using LabVIEW, LabWindows/CVI, C/C++, or Visual Basic to create vision applications that inspect, align, identify, and measure objects. Users can access algorithms such as geometric matching, object classification, OCR, and 2D bar code readers to locate, sort, and track objects, even under poor imaging conditions. Vision Assistant lets users prototype applications before writing code.

Software facilitates data exploration.
DBxtra v4 enables users to connect to unlimited number of local or web databases such as Access, MS SQL server, MySQL, Oracle, Paradox, DBF, FoxPro, and Excel; report data; and create queries. Filtering, sorting, and grouping options can be used to facilitate data exploration. Users can generate comprehensive reports and export them to HTML, Excel, XML, and PDF formats to be further published online or emailed at scheduled time intervals.

Air-Cooled Heat Exchangers come in compact sizes.
AirEx® units are offered in AX models with louvered fin design and AXD models with non-louvered fans, which are suited for dirty environments. Each model features aluminum brazed bar and plate construction and option for low-noise operation. Construction includes zinc plated steel fan guard, polypropylene fan blades, and powder painted steel mounting brackets. Products are rated for max working temperature of 250°F and max working pressure of 250 psi.

Optical Proximity Sensor detects objects up to 24 in. away.
Suited for industrial, medical, and commercial applications, OPB720 Series reflective switch enables non-contact proximity sensing with preset detection distance from 0.04-24 in. Comprised of IR LED and photodetector in 1.1 x 0.68 x 0.33 in. plastic housing, unit can switch from high level with no reflection target to low level with reflection. Objects as small as 0.08 in. can be recognized at distances up to 8 in., while larger objects can be detected at max range.

Crystal Oscillator is suited for mobile communications.
Manufactured in 2.5 x 2.0 x .45 mm ceramic package, lead-free, surface-mount CX-2520SB provides re-flow compatibility for mobile communications, Bluetooth, and wireless LAN applications. Product resonates at frequencies from 26,000-60,000 MHz and features motional series resistance of 100 ohm @ 26,000-34,999 MHz and 50 ohm @ 35,000-60,000 MHz with load capacitance of 8 pF. Frequency tolerance is ±10 ppm @ 25°C and operating temperature range is -30 to 85°C.

All include support of 2 simultaneous calls, backlit LCD, ability to recall and dial last 32 incoming and 32 outgoing calls, and administration and management using DHCP and TFTP configurations. Speech quality is protected by QoS at Ethernet and IP layers.
