Rotary hammers utilize CODE! anti-theft protection system, which operates via one-touch IR remote control to protect tools against unauthorized use. Owners can enable or disable multiple CODE!-protected rotary hammers using one key. Each tool can be assigned its own key for single user or multiple keys for multiple authorized users. Integrated LED signals whether tool is enabled or disabled, and tool retains status in case of power failure.

Software deciphers ECC200 data matrix codes.
PIATI(TM)_SWO can be used as automatic identification component in vision application development or as heart of fully integrated, stand-alone matrix code readers. Supplied as ActiveX Control, C++ API, or C API for implementation in WinTel-compatible environments, software can be made compatible with other operating systems. It can decipher codes that are imaged in poor lighting, codes that are marked on textured surfaces, and codes that reside in scenes with confusing structures.

Filters capture dry dusts in range of applications.
Suited for virtually all types of cartridge dust collectors, HemiPleat(TM) Filters feature media pack design that holds pleats of cartridge open, making all media surface available for filtration. Wide, uniform spacing results in low pressure drop and facilitates release of dust during pulse cleaning. Standard filters are PolyTech(TM) silicon-treated polyester/cellulose blend with filtration efficiency of 99.99% on 0.5 micron particles and larger.

System facilitates QC and component testing.
Model 3345 QC Package is out-of-the-box mechanical testing system for tension and compression testing. It includes 5 kN testing machine, TouchPanel controller, 5 kN tensile wedge grips, and 2 compression platens. Unit features Quick Test and Main test modes and 4 highly visible result displays: Pass/Fail, Results, Statistics, and Graph. USB interface sends test results directly to flash memory and/or printer.

Rotary Encoder offers shaft speed up to 12,000 rpm.
BVS58/BVM58 Series AS-Interface Absolute Rotary Encoders are available in 2 versions: single-turn with 13 bit resolution or multi-turn with 16 bit resolution. They offer IP65 protection and are available with servo flange and 6 mm shaft, or clamping flange and 10 mm shaft. Position value is output to master within single cycle via 4 integrated AS-Interface chips. Each slave address can be individually set. Preset function allows encoder to be set to zero at any time.

Hand-Held Computers suit industrial RFID applications.
Featuring Microsoft® Windows® CE.NET v4.2 OS, customizable JETT®oRFID-Mi is powered by Intel® XScale(TM) Technology processor. It incorporates 13.56 MHz reader/writer that supports MiFare (ISO 14443A), MiFare (ISO 14443B), and MiFare UltraLite tags as well as software encryption for secure storage of information. Computer suits applications that employ RFID technology.

Product offers 25 µm pitch and 330 Hz max frame rate. With 50% more pixels on same size chip as industry standard 320 x 256, detector lets manufacturers upgrade from 320 x 256 to 384 x 288 IR quality using existing optics.

Digital Displays are powered by flowmeters.
DM remote- and panel-mount meters provide digital readout of flow, totalized flow, and temperature from company's ST and GF Series thermal-dispersion mass flowmeters. Loop-powered DM10 LCD readout meter, scalable to +1,999 digits, features 1 in. high characters. AC-line powered DM15 features red LED readout, scalable to +9,999 digits, and programmable alarm set-point. Panel-mount DM20 flow totalizer provides local or remote digital readout on 8-digit display.

Ethernet Media Converter has 16-slot chassis.
With auto-negotiation and auto-MDI/MDIX cable selection, FC-216 Fiber Media Converter Chassis translates transmission signals from twisted-pair 10Base-T or 100Base-TX cable to 100Base-FX fiber optic cable. Unit is unmanaged/managed selectable and supports 2 slide-in power supplies for redundant backup. In 2.5U form factor, it utilizes 4 fans and other cool-down features. Management card has RS232 port for console management and RJ45 port for network management.

Encoders and Decoders offer real-time DVD-quality video.
With adjustable data rate from 1-30 fps, VIP X Series features MPEG-4 video and integrates with analog products and networks. VIP X1 offers full motion video for single camera, while VIP X2 works with 2 cameras and features alarm inputs, relay outputs, and PTZ control. VIP XD converts digital video up to 30 fps at true 4 CIF/full D1 and has built-in quad output to simultaneously view 4 IP cameras. Series enables video and audio streaming, recording, playback, and archiving.

Homogenizer is suited for food and dairy processing.
Used for feasibility testing and process development, NS2002H Twin Panda tabletop laboratory/pilot plant homogenizer has internal design that handles feeds at viscosities up to 20,000 cP and temperatures up to 90°C without feeding pump. Gravity-fed unit, equipped with analog pressure gauge from 0-600 bar, homogenizes samples at pressures up to 8,700 psi. Design also incorporates stainless steel casing and toothed direct drive belt with ac motor.

Multiplexer Chassis provides up to 12 slots.
Model E1 PDH can combine up to 16 E1 and 4-port Ethernet signals in one fiber channel. With 6U height and up to 24 optical channels, unit is suitable for low capacity, point-to-point remote transmission applications. It includes 48 Vdc power supply, complete alarm functions, one RS232 asynchronous interface, and remote loop back functions.

Information Display can be seen up to 60 ft away.
InfoCenter(TM) features solid-state circuitry that curves around surface and achieves viewing angle of over 160°. It delivers pre-scheduled messages instantly from hand-held keyboard or computer using Windows PC software. Memory capacity is over 99 pages, each with 8 lines and 160 characters of information. Scratch-resistant system uses 1.2 in. illuminated characters, is available with red or green LEDs, and complies with ADA standards.

Protocol Converter Chassis accommodates up to 12 modules.
With 4U height, Protocol Converter Chassis is compatible with E1 to 10Base-T modules and E1 to V.35 modules. It has 2 slide-in switch power modules that support redundant backup. Unit is suited for use in star-topology Ethernet interconnect applications.

Floor Scale targets shipping and receiving applications.
Factory-calibrated, Model XFS-XIF combines 5000d NTEP-approved floor scale with 6-digit LCD display featuring 4 color-coded, tactile-feel keys. Scale contains 4 analog sealed load cells, and connects to stainless steel, IP65-rated indicator with RS-232 interface. Model XFS-XIF is suited for general-purpose weighing including freight consolidators, forwarders, small processing plants, resellers, shipping/receiving departments, and startup businesses.

Multiplexer transmits up to 60 km over one fiber.
Fiber optic, digital multiplexer transmits 2-64 channels of uncompressed video, 2-32 channels of bi-directional data and audio, as well as 4 E1 and 100 M Ethernet over single fiber cable. It features ability to add/drop video, audio, RS232/RS422/RS485, E1, and 100M Ethernet ports by plugging in or out service cards. Applications include CCTV, video surveillance, homeland security, and ITS.

Progressing Cavity Pumps offer application versatility.
Available in motorized and non-motorized models, Series 300 handles clear liquids as well as viscous, corrosive fluids. Non-motorized units enable end user to choose means by which pump is powered, whether with gear motor or belt drive. Featuring fully molded wobble stator, self-priming units produce non-pulsating flow, which remains steady under variations in suction head. They offer capacities to 15 gpm, pressures to 150 psi, and handle fluid temperatures to 210°F.

Waste Oil-Fired Boiler is EPA approved.
Model LVWO can service commercial buildings requiring up to 150,000 net BTUs of energy for radiant heating. It recycles used motor and hydraulic oil, vegetable oil, and other petroleum products, and recovers free heat energy in process. Onsite recycling minimizes chance of waste oil contamination in environment.

Electrical Connectors target underground applications.
GelPort Connectors are submersible secondary connectors for underground residential distribution. PowerGel sealant gel encapsulates cable as it enters gel-filled cable port and provides moisture seal. Connectors come in 3, 4, 5, 6, and 8 port configurations; accept cable from 12 AWG up to 350 MCM; and are rated for 525 A/600 V at 90°C. Tin-plated 6061-T6 aluminum provides corrosion protection, while co-polymer housing provides puncture, impact, and UV resistance.
