High Voltage Gate Driver ICs sense fault conditions.
Rated at 1,200 V, 3-phase analog Model IR22381 features integrated de-saturation and 0.5 µsec deadtime. Models IR2277 and IR2271 are high-speed, single-phase current sense interface ICs with synchronous sampling for motor drive applications. Models IR2214 and IR22141 drive single half-bridge circuits in power switching applications as well as 3-phase 380 Vac circuits at up to 50 A at 80°C. For appliance motor drives and general-purpose inverter circuits, 1,200 V HVICs are available in 600 V versions.

Aeration Compressor self regulates airflow in wastewater.
Featuring frequency converter and magnetic bearings, HST Integral(TM) High-Speed Turbocompressor automatically senses and compensates for surge conditions and maintains steady aeration flow in wastewater operations. It has non-contacting rotating parts, so there is no need for oil lubrication or fluid cooling systems. Automated PLC monitor handles multiple compressors, variable process changes, speeds, and power off and on functions without operator input.

Shrink Sleeve Labels suit tamper-evident packages.
Shrink Sleeve technology shrinks labels to containers for optimal label area and contour, and can be applied to containers of any size or shape. Sleeves offer labeling option for tamper-evident packages or multi-pack presentations in which smaller product needs to be attached to larger product. Offered in PVC, PET, or OPS film, sleeves are scuff-resistant by reverse printing and provide 360° top to bottom decoration.

Automation Control enables expansion at any time.
PSSuniversal combines decentralized, modular I/O and control platform with safety functions for automation needs. Design consists of head modules, as well as base modules that are connected alongside and available in screw or cage clamp terminals. Electronic modules are installed on base modules, allowing system to be tailored to automation requirements. Product is dispensed with one push from dispenser tube or 11 oz caulking cartridge. Providing equivalent of plastic wood, Thermeez 7020 air-dries to hard ceramic body delivering instant repairs to ceramics, bricks, mortar, burner blocks, insulation furnaces, and thermocouples.

Cooling Tower Packing is compatible with all tower types.
Manufactured from 100% virgin polypropylene, Tri-Packs CT facilitates continuous formation of droplets throughout packed bed. Shape of ribs, struts, and drip rods give media optimal wetting characteristics and maintains uniform liquid distribution throughout tower. Free of corners and valleys, media eliminates puddling, while preventing dry spots and compression interlock. Supplied in 4 sizes, Tri-Packs CT is corrosion-proof and resistant to most chemicals.

Digital I/O Board gives I/O control from Ethernet.
Featuring three 8-bit TTL ports, EtherI/O24(TM) enables 24 lines to be independently programmed as input or output. Unit connects by RJ-45 connector to any Ethernet network supporting TCP/IP, and output pins source or sink up to 30 mA to allow for direct connection to variety of devices. On-board 50 MIPS flash micro-controller can be reprogrammed to suit application, while integrated switch-mode voltage regulator allows power from any 8-32 Vdc power source.

USB-Powered Devices replace missing PC serial ports.
Based on Model FT232BM USB UART IC, Series USB-COM-M allows RS232 serial devices to communicate with USB PCs that have no serial ports. Housed in mountable metal enclosures, units add one RS232 Windows serial COM port without adding card-slot or external power supply, and support data transfer rates up to 1 million bps. Devices include full set of data and control signals on DB9M connectors, internal 128 byte transmit buffer FIFO, and 384 byte receive buffer FIFO.

Multi-Pin Connector offers optional steel male insert.
Featuring machined body, mil spec black plating, and weatherproof insert, 37-pin DT12 Connector is suited for both indoor and hostile outdoor environments. Positive lock insert system prevents conductor breakage during interconnection. Cable and panel mount versions are available with either crimp or solder contacts and variety of strain relief options. Applications include termination of 12-pair audio molt cable, 14 coax video molt, or up to 37-conductor control cable.

Latching Poppet Valves feature direct-acting solenoid.
With pressure range from vacuum to 125 psig and 0.42 Cv flow rate, Series 315L/415L offers 3-way and 4-way porting configurations and is available with 1/8 in. NPSF ports for in-line mounting. Momentary electrical signal changes valve's position, and magnetic latching mechanism maintains position until another signal returns valve to original position. Latching feature eliminates need for external air supply or continuous current to maintain position.

Retrofit Torches incorporate coaxial-assist jet technology.
Model RT60 replaces PAC121/123/125 torches for Powermax600/800/900 and MAX 42/43 plasma systems. It delivers cut speeds to 41 ipm on ½ in. steel plate with consumable life of 1,004 strip cuts. Replacing PAC135 torch for Powermax1100 plasma system, Model RT80 offers cut speeds up to 19 ipm on 1 in. steel plate with consumable life of 333 strip cuts. Both feature HyLife electrode technology, blow-back contact start technology, and HyperTough cable jacket.

Laser Cutting Head facilitates unattended operation.
FASTLaser Model LH1575 utilizes Flow Accelerated Screen Technology, which delivers optimum gas flow directly to cut zone, consistently matching beam width and gas flow geometry. FAST technology also minimizes sensitivity to common plate fabricating conditions and variables such as plate chemistry and plate condition. Cutting head offers no-tool lens change and focal length change of 5.0-7.5 in. Lens is gas-cooled, while laser head and nozzle are water-cooled.

Liners closely match shape of IBCs.
Designed to fit internal shape of intermediate bulk containers (IBCs), Form-fit cube-shaped liners accommodate high-speed fills utilizing auto unfold feature that minimizes bag handling. Square bottom eliminates need for cassette and minimizes folds or pockets that trap residual product during dispensing. Choice of materials include Flexus(TM) monolayer, metallocene linear polyethylene; Barria(TM) 3-layer lamination, metallized polyester; and Tenalon(TM) co-extruded nylon film.

Powder Coating provides thread masking protection.
Applied to threaded fasteners with 100% Teflon® powder, NYCOTE® coating provides protection against thread contamination from electrodeposited paints, primers, and adhesion of weld spatter. Non-conductive powder coats only external and internal threads. In addition to eliminating masking, plugging, or capping of threads, NYCOTE also eliminates need for slave bolts and re-tapping. It adds lubricity to fasteners and minimizes torque vs. tension scatter.

Robotic Palletizers stack bags of rice.
Running at speeds up to 24 bags/min, Robotic Palletizers work with both paper and woven-poly bags, handling weights from 10-50 kg. Sling jig feature enables bag stacking for exporting in shipping slings. Available with built-in diagnostics and pattern programming, systems can be equipped to precondition bags for preferred and appropriate stacking styles.

Air Filtration Hood targets welding industry.
Featuring curtained design, RoboVent BinVac captures smoke, debris, and contaminants in air from parts that are still smoking after being welded, and returns clean air to plant. Unit removes airborne contaminants before they can settle on plant floors, walls, and machinery. Self-contained hood can be moved around plant without need to re-configure ductwork. Filter system requires minimal maintenance and filter changes.

Torque Controller enables error-proof fastener assembly.
Smart Torq(TM) II controls and monitors dc brushless electric screwdrivers. It provides fully adjustable go/no-go limits for cycle time, joint rate, cycle start current, and cycle complete current. Eight programmable torque settings allow one driver to perform up to 8 different torque applications within torque range of driver. Unit is capable of detecting crossed or stripped threads, recognizing missing elements, and verifying number of fasteners used.

Coupling can be replaced in place.
Wrapflex non-lubricated coupling is optimized for use on NEMA and ISO motor frames. It allows replacement of element moving the connected equipment, reducing service downtime. Combination of compression design, misalignment capacity, and vibration damping enables smaller size couplings to be utilized in many applications.

Fiber Optic Transceivers interface with dome cameras.
Featuring transparent operation, M1450 and M1460 Series provide low-profile fiber optic solutions that integrate with Ademco and American Dynamics dome cameras, respectively. Series M1450 Video and Data Transceiver utilizes one multimode optical fiber to transmit video plus contact closure and return RS422 for PTZ control. Series M1460 Series Single Fiber Bi-Directional Transceiver utilizes one multimode optical fiber to transmit video and data.
