Rated at pressures up to 6,000 psi, Disopac® DG bi-directional seal works in existing piston groove designs and applications where leakages or drifting is not permitted. It is available in variety of elastomeric energizers and is manufactured from Disogrin polyurethane, which offers wear and abrasion resistance. Rectangular energizer cross section provides uniform loading of seal with stability over O-ring energizers. Two-piece design facilitates installation.

Laser Adapter converts spot into line.
Intended for Series 150 and 206 laser diode modules, Model LO-X facilitates edge detection, straight edge determination, and almost any alignment application. Line adapter is offered in 4, 45, 60, and 90° configurations. When paired with Model 150 laser diode module, combined units have focus range from 60 mm to infinity. Housed in anodized aluminum, adapter measures 9 x 16.5 mm dia and laser diode measures 40 x 11.5 mm dia. Operating voltage is 4.5-9.0 V.

Laser contrast sensor, C20, detects printed labels at ranges to 150 mm using light focus of 0.5 mm. With measuring bandwidth to 10 KHz, L50 laser switch is available in versions with 4-20 mA analog output or RS 485 interface and features switching ranges of 30-100 or 80-300 mm.

With 40 mm format of Simatic-S7-300 module, Teleservice Adapter II mounts on DIN rail or S7 channel and incorporates analog or ISDN modem. It lets users perform diagnostics, set values, and transfer programs and data over telephone lines from anywhere in world. Linked to Simatic programmable controller over MPI, PPI, or Profibus-DP interface, product is assigned parameters and programmed over USB interface.

HMI Controls monitor image processing systems.
HMI Controls VS 720 display and process images from Simatic VS 720 vision sensors. Along with central operation, they enable visualization of live images, analysis of faulty test objects, display of image analyses, and archiving of results. Products utilize MS DCOM and ActiveX technologies and can sequentially display images from up to 4 vision sensors, differentiated according to good or fault.
