To create electrically safe work condition for electricians performing maintenance on de-energized systems, VoltageVision(TM) provides external indication of voltage inside electrical system enclosures. Product mounts to panel exterior and is hardwired into load side of main disconnect. Powered from same voltage it indicates, R-3W has redundant design that exceeds surge requirements for Category III certified voltmeter and operates from 40-750 Vac and 30-1,000 Vdc.

Load Cells come in miniature and subminiature models.
Available in tension and compression models, load cells cover capacities from 50 g to 10,000 lb and come in sizes as small as 0.13 in. high x ½ in. dia. Units may be incorporated into existing machines and are suited for space-restricted areas. Featuring all-welded construction, products are available with accuracies to 0.1% and have operating temperature range of -65 to +250°F. Standard output is mV/V.

Model RT12-4411 Wireless analog bridge(TM)/Wire Replication Transceiver converts and replicates wired sensor system into seamless wireless connection between any 4-20 mA, 0-5 Vdc, or 0-10 Vdc signal or sensor and data logger, controller, or SCADA equipment. Bi-directional, full duplex, 12-bit analog I/O enables complete control and monitoring. Features include real-time clock, event logger, communications alarms, and input voltage monitor.

Roller Pumps come with side or rear port configurations.
Featuring 6 rollers for smooth performance and rotors made of corrosion-resistant alloy, Series 6600/6601 Roller Pumps offer output to 19.6 gpm at 1,000 rpm. They are constructed with 5/8 in. 416 stainless steel shaft and available with cast iron, Ni-Resist, or Diamond(TM) alloy bodies. Pump shaft rotation is counter-clockwise, with clockwise available. Able to withstand temperatures to 140°F, pumps are designed to tolerate corrosive effects of agricultural fluids.

Tilt Switch replaces mercury and pendulum switches.
DS series combination tilt/sensor switch is through-hole, PCB mounted device that ensures reliability with use of photo interrupter contacts rather than traditional contacts. Switch measures 9 mm in height, length, and width, making it suited for high-density mounting. It is triggered when tilted beyond 30° in any direction and sealed construction protects switch from environmental elements.

Permanent Magnets lift heavy, complex work pieces.
Able to handle round and flat materials, SafeHold® RPL-35 and RPL-70 can lift and transfer steel and iron without slings, hooks, or cables. Magnets do not require power supply, and internal on/off changeover mechanism eliminates possible scratches on work surface when loading or unloading. Models RPL-35 and RPL-70 feature capacities of 3,500 and 7,000 lb for flat materials and 1,750 and 3,500 lb for round materials, respectively.

Contamination Control Breathers lower RH in reservoir.
DoublePlay(TM) and TriplePlay(TM) block free water and prevent microscopic particles from entering fluid containing reservoirs. TriplePlay(TM) also offers oil coalescing media that keeps oil mist from entering work environment. With 40 cfm airflow rating, units lower relative humidity inside reservoir to reduce condensation and dew-point temperature. Products are 99.5% efficient in blocking particles 1 micron and larger and work in arid, high-dust environments.

Definite Purpose Contactors carry UL approval.
Featuring contact ratings to 600 V, XMC0 Series HVAC/R contactors incorporate heavy-duty silver cadmium oxide contacts, double E magnet assembly, and dust-proof structure. Products feature 155°C, Class F coils, available with variety of voltages at 50/60 Hz. Along with non-position sensitive mounting, contactors offer various terminal options and feature universal mounting plate. Series is available with 1-3 poles and 1 pole plus shunt.

NF₃ Detector is unaffected by Freon pump fluids.
Suited for continuous detection and measurement of nitrogen trifluoride (NF₃), Air Check Advantage monitoring system responds in 30 sec or less to hazardous leaks and releases. Unit employs renewable electrochemical sensor linked to compact pyrolyzer and measures concentrations from 0-30 ppm. Along with dual-level, user-selectable concentration alarms, unit features self-checking electronics and system fault alarm as well as integral alarm relays.

Photochromatic Strips measure UV light dosage.
Paper-thin, pressure-sensitive UV FastCheck(TM) Strips change color when specific levels of UV dose are received. With 5 separate color changing zones, products provide visual inspection of UV light dosage to determine power of UV light source at specific location. Strips measure UV doses from 0-1,500 mJ/cm² and can be used in all narrow web environments. Included chart lets users compare exposed strip against reference strips to determine dosage.

LED Light Strip incorporates RGB technology.
To prevent fading in continued sunlight exposure, E-Power Series EPLS-U1 contains 1 blue, 1 green, and 1 red die, allowing thousands of different color combinations and sequences to be generated in same package. LEDs come in 35, 70, 150, and 350 mA packages, yielding outputs of up to 500 lumens. Strips are available in wired, printed circuit board, and aluminum board formats. Power input is 4, 5, or 12 V.

CompactPCI/PXI DAC offers 64 analog output channels.
Featuring 16-bit resolution and ±10 V FS output range, CP266 DAC card provides users with single-width, 6U CompactPCI/PXI module. Power-up state of analog outputs can be set to independent user-defined values to provide non-zero voltage settings on application of power. Used to stimulate devices under test for ATE market, product has channel update rate of 2 ms and output accuracy of ±1 mV. Paired output signals are provided to eliminate ground offset effects.

Sorter handles small- to medium-sized products.
ViperSort tracks and diverts products onto chutes that are orientated 90° from sort conveyor at rates to 100 items/min. Plastic, modular, cleated belt with pusher mechanism allows products to be diverted at right angle onto chutes on close center lines. Able to be used in various applications, sorter handles items such as cosmetics and pharmaceuticals of small size and irregular shape. It also handles larger, irregularly shaped items to 25 lb.

Drill Point End Mills are manufactured from carbide.
Solid carbide Drill-Mills, offered in 2- and 4-flute configurations, are designed with 90° included point angle. Available with or without AlTiN coating, products are precision ground and made with proprietary Micro 100 SUPER CARBIDE process. Multipurpose tools for drilling, milling, spotting, chamfering, and countersinking are offered with cutter and shank diameters from 1/8-¾ in. Overall lengths range from 1½-4 in., with flute lengths from ½-1½ in.

Software delivers design tool for fiber lasers and amplifiers.
Liekki Application Designer v3.0 simulates and analyzes continuous wave and pulsed applications, including time domain effects, using erbium or ytterbium doped fibers as gain medium. Featuring transient analysis capability, time dependent signal sources, and optical modulators, software can calculate non-linear effects threshold and effect of refractive index variation with optical power density. It also enables visualization of SBS and SRS thresholds.

Portable Videoscopes provide remote visual inspection.
V Series videoscope system, available in lengths from 5-49 ft, consists of video borescope and Titan VIH Pro video imaging hub. Available in 0.24 and 0.31 in. dia 2- and 4-way articulating and non-articulating models, borescope is designed for one-handed operation. Along with LCD monitor, products incorporate CCD, solid-state camera and metal-halide lamp. Compact Flash digital image storage card and USB port facilitate recording, transfer, and storage of images and audio.

Stainless Steel Workbench has adjustable height design.
Suited for sanitary or corrosive working environments, AHW Series adjusts working height with 4 ips lifting speed to accommodate work positioning and ergonomic requirements. Air/oil hydraulic lift system ensures workbench functions smoothly, regardless of uneven weight distribution. Model AHW2718 has 18 in. lift stroke from 27-45 in. high, while AHW9536 has 36 in. lift stroke from 9.5-45.5 in. Load capacity is 500 lb, and work surface measures 30 x 60 in.

Pleated Filter Bag features integral venturi.
Snap-in Mikro-Pleat V Series, with full diameter venturi, provides optimized pulsing and minimal pressure drop. Venturi facilitates pulse capture from worn or mis-aligned nozzles and maximizes induced air. Four different attachment styles of pleated bags are available.

Dust Filter offers safe operation.
Reverse Air Filter, Model RAF-IS is designed with all motors and switches outside filter housing so there is no chance of spark caused by electrical component or wiring. Featuring ledgeless design, cylindrical filter includes deluge nozzles, bag grounding, and explosion venting in compliance with NFPA codes. Low involute inlet creates cyclonic effect, which continuously sweeps hopper walls, preventing accumulation of high moisture coal dust.

Safety I/O Modules suit lighted push-button applications.
SafetyNode G2 style module is IP67-rated for field-mounted applications with Yellow Flat Cable, while KE1 style is IP20-rated for enclosure applications on DIN rail. Each SafetyNode features 2 safe inputs and 2 standard outputs, and is compatible with Actuator Sensor Interface/Safety at Work networking applications. Suited for existing or new installations, modules can be used in light stacks that indicate stop signal has been requested by safety input.
