Powered by 2 lithium batteries, hands-free Argo HP Luxeon LED Headlamp weighs 4 oz and comes with rubber head strap for use with hardhat as well as elastic head strap for general use. Two digitally controlled brightness levels allow user to control output. At higher level, Argo HP projects 24 lumens for up to 4.75 hr. At lower level, unit projects 6 lumens and runs for 20 hr. Water-resistant lamp measures less than 3 in. wide and comes in impact-resistant ABS case.

XAN and XDAL instruments measure toxic metals in plastics to meet EU directives RoHS and WEEE, which state that electronic goods and waste may only contain lead, cadmium, mercury, chromium, and bromine up to legally permitted limit. XAN provides results within 30 sec, while XDAL system is suited for programmed measurements of several samples or scanning of larger specimens. Both instruments contain integrated video microscope.

Designed for use in trial and development stage of new product development, 102i is capable of running single- , bi-, or triple-layer tablets as well as core tablets. Series HR Transflective STN LCD Modules provide high-contrast black pixels on silvery, winter-white background. Available with white LED backlights, units operate from -20 to +70°C. Graphic LCDs come in 2.8 in. diagonal size with 128 x 64 dot pixel format, 4.7 in. diagonal with 160 x 128 format, and 5.2 in. diagonal with 260 x 64 format. Display formats for Character Modules include 40 character x 2 line, 40 character x 4 line, 16 character x 2 line, and 20 character x 4 line.

Explosion-Proof Valves feature corrosion resistance.
Explosion-proof Valves employ electroless nickel plating of coils to achieve corrosion resistance to NEMA 4X. Pressure ranges are from 0-3,000 psi, with temperature ranges from 0-221°F. Valves are designed for hazardous locations Class I, Groups A, B, C, and D, and Class II, Dive 1, Groups E, F, and G; Div 2, Groups A, B, C, D, E, F, and G.

Barricade provides temporary traffic control.
The Mast(TM) is made of UV-stabilized prime polyethylene resin with molded-through hardware holes for added strength and to facilitate installation. Uprights meet all applicable MUTCD specifications. Warning light and 2 flags can be installed on each upright. The Mast(TM) will accept The Wave(TM) molded centerboards, extruded centerboards, and most other plastic centerboards available.

SkyPositioner(TM) consists of removable, platform-mounted positioning system that can be installed on Model 3394RT and 439RT rough terrain scissor lifts to lift, hold, and position material during installation. With 2 interchangeable heads, system allows operator to lift pipe or duct as high as 78 in. above scissor lift deck. Both heads have 1,000 lb capacity and can hold lengths up to 21 ft, pipe up to 8 in. diameter, and duct up to 49 in. across.

Live-Floor Trailer targets extreme-duty applications.
Suited for mining industry, THINWALL V-Floor Trailer combines light weight aluminum body with self-unloading operation. V-Floor unloader operates without conveyor belts and is wholly accessible from under trailer for servicing. V-Plow cleaning system works with V-Floor to clean between V-shaped steel slats after load is walked off. Trailer expands range of potential backhauls to include payloads of rock and aggregate, logs, and bulk wood chips.

Linear Amplifier eliminates cogging and torque ripple.
Providing 700 W continuous and 1,400 W peak power, 3-phase servo amplifier, Model TA320 can be configured to accept 2 sinusoidal commutations separated by 120° with 3rd phase generated by amplifier. It can be set to operate in trapezoidal mode using hall sensor feedback or as 1, 2, or 3 single-phase amplifiers. DTS control allows transconductance to be changed on-the-fly. Other features include forced air cooling, SMB coaxial connectors, and pluggable terminal connectors.

Automation Software helps link CAE systems.
Step 7 basic package v5.3 and Step 7 Professional 2005 provide XML interface for exchanging data with CAE systems. Able to generate hardware configuration from imported data, engineering software also includes functions that are in line with FDA requirements. Linked to Simatic Logon tool, software makes it possible to assign specific user privileges for accessing Step 7 projects. To synchronize the data, software provides change management system.

HMI Software facilitates engineering and validation.
WinCC flexible 2005 offers user-specific graphics that are linked to project and can be directly edited. Import/export interface is provided for export-oriented machine constructors since any project texts in Unicode can be edited using external tools and translated. Audit option covers pharmaceutical industry requiring validation to CFR 21 Part 11. Audit trails record operator inputs and modifications to variables, and can be visualized using audit viewer.

Heat Exchangers have compact, plate-and-frame design.
Plateflow(TM) heat exchangers provide close temperature control of fluids for heat recovery applications where space is of concern. Offered as alternative to shell-and-tube exchangers, products produce countercurrent flow and feature removable plates for service or maintenance. Units can be specified in 20 different models for heat transfer surface as high as 9,180 ft². Products are also suited for CPI applications.

Gate Cutters have heavy-duty design.
Drop forged from alloy steel, Gate Cutters are precision machined and heat treated to ensure sharp, durable edges. Products are available with flat or rounded back blades and feature slim line profile and fast-acting coil spring. Both 5 and 6 in. models have bow style handles, while 6 and 7 in. flat back cutters are offered with right or left hand, ergonomic style handles or adjustable blade stop. All units have non-slip plastic grips.
