Measuring 2.14 in. dia x 7.25 in. long, Model MMP.TM55-24V.GPK52-029.1 has keyed output shaft of 12 mm dia by 25 mm long. Mounting is accomplished with 4 face-mount M5 threaded holes, equally spaced on 40 mm dia BC. Output is rated for 2.9 Nm continuous torque at 160 rpm and 9 Nm peak. Motor requires 3.0 A at 24 Vdc to generate full load output torque. Options include optical encoders, failsafe brakes, analog tachometers, and planetary gear heads.

Toggle-Aire® presses are available with process monitoring controls that validate proper operation and provide interrupts, alarms, and documentation required for ISO compliance. Displays show ram position to ±0.0005 in. and force to ±0.05% FS as well as link to PC for real-time plotting and graphing. Allowing users to record all press operations, controls assure manufacturing consistency from lot-to-lot. Presses are available from ½-12 tons.

Quick Disconnect Fitting simplifies tubing connections.
Series F-4150, 10-32 UNF male-threaded Quick Disconnect is available in 3 barb configurations: straight, elbow, and tee. Depressing latching pushbutton enables removal of barb, and re-insertion of barb locks it into position. Barbs can be provided for 1/16 in., 1/8 in., or .170 ID tubing. Design allows fitting to swivel 360º.

Modular PXI-5922 can perform multiple instrument synchronization with module-to-module skew of less than 1 ns typ and onboard memory up to 256 Mb per channel. Used with LabVIEW v7.1, it can create ac voltmeters, audio analyzers, frequency counters, spectrum analyzers, or I/Q modulation analyzers. Unit uses FlexII ADC, which samples from 16 bits @ 15 MS/s to 24 bits @ 500 kS/s, and directly digitizes low-level signals without external signal conditioning.

Consisting of ProFold Solids, ProFold Wireframe, and ProFold Lite, ProFold for KeyCreator v4.0 lets engineers and designers create accurate flat pattern layouts. It enhances sheet metal capabilities of KeyCreator, complementing geometry-based approach to design. By using information already in sheet metal model, errors are eliminated. ProFold Solids stores material and bend parameters in database and automatically applies data to bends in part.

Based on MPC8540 PowerQUICC III RISC processor, E²Brain EB8540 provides 1,850 MIPS at clock speed of 800 MHz. Menu-driven program enables complete configuration of unit, while local programming is carried out via membrane keypad. Optimized for use with clarifier and thickeners containing municipal and industrial wastewater treatment sludge, system is comprised of self-cleaning ultrasonic transducer and bridge-mounted control unit.

Digital-ProfiLab(TM) combines features such as circuit, logic, and front-panel simulation and hardware control in one tool for measurement and control applications. Able to process and display incoming signals from external control or measurement equipment, system lets users control projects from customizable front panel. Users draw circuit diagram with logic-components, and Digital-ProfiLab(TM) simulates circuit and displays logical states.

Schematic Software facilitates circuit design.
Equipped with editing functions, sPlan(TM) CAD package helps users draw electronic and electric circuit diagrams. Features include automatic component numbering and auto-generation of components lists. Software turns soundcards into sweep generators.
AudioWave v2.0(TM) converts soundcards into digitally-controlled LF-signal-generator, producing signals from 1 Hz to 20 kHz with 1 Hz resolution. Phase shift between left and right channel is adjustable from -180° to +180°, and attenuator can be used for steps of 0, -3, -6, -10, -20, and -30 dB. Frequency, level, and attenuation can be adjusted independently for left and right channel, and automatic frequency and level changes can be programmed.

Software aids in design of front panels.
Equipped with symbol library and scale-assistant, FrontDesigner(TM) aids in design of front panels for home made or small production run devices. It provides drawing functions for rectangles, polygons, ellipses, labels, and drillings, and all objects can be grouped into complex symbols. Specialized functions handle rotation, stretching, mirroring, drilling, and milling. HPGL export function creates PLT files, enabling users to mill and engrave front panel.

Inserts can be used for grooving, turning, and profiling.
MiniGROOVE 'N TURN® inserts are configured so that one insert can be used for internal grooving, face grooving, profiling, or boring. Clamping system and built-in stop prevent slippage and rotation during axial or radial cuts. Available with sharp corners or corner radius, inserts come in groove width sizes of .004-.125 in. in .001 in. increments. They come in 2 sub-micron grain carbide grades: DM-2® for steel and interrupted cutting, and DM-5® for non-ferrous alloys.

Featuring fanless operation, PCM-8150 can be powered by 600 MHz Intel® Mobile Celeron® Processor or 1.8 GHz Socket 479-based Pentium® M or Celeron® M processor. It is suitable for single voltage (5 V) input and supports system memory up to 1 GB with 266 MHz DDR. Along with IDE ATA controller, USB 2.0 host controller, and 8 sets of digital I/O, product offers one mini-PCI, one PCI, and two Type II PCMCIA ports for expansion.

Herion 33D series is available in electromechanical and electronic variants that can be utilized in pneumatic and hydraulic environments. Switching status is indicated by backlit, real-time LED display. With features such as programmable delays, tamper protection, and all stainless steel wetted parts, pneumatic and hydraulic/Allfluid models are rated for 0.5-232 psi and 0-9,000 psi operating pressures, respectively.

Able to dispense materials in circular pattern, RT404-FLEX II features adjustable rotation speed, dispensing time, and delay between cycles. Rotary table provides 2 rotating platforms for simultaneous dispensing onto 2 items. Fully flexible Z-axis features adjustable height, tilt, and speed, and Model DSP501A dispensing controller can be housed within table.
